These guys are great they they’ve done a lot for me and have made owning a property incredibly easy. They draw up all the leases based on local rates, they find tenants with background checks completed, they list the property and do a great job finding tenants. They deal with all repairs and send a quote beforehand. They keep track of my tax records regarding the property. They even helped file my insurance claim when there was water damage.
