Good Life’s Improving Tomorrow Biannual Scholarship
Good Life has been San Diego’s trusted property management company since its inception in 2013. And since last year, we have brought our expertise to Orange County. At Good Life, we build relationships and serve as an ally to homeowners who want to rent out their property stress-free so they can “Live the Good Life.”
Every day, we strive to be more than just another property management company. Our goal is to make a positive impact on everyone we work with.
Eligible Recipients
- Applicants must reside in the United States.
- Applicants must meet a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3 on a 4-point scale.
- High school seniors and high school graduates must plan on enrolling full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
- Graduate students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
Essay Question
At Good Life, we believe in making a positive impact. With our “Improving Tomorrow
Scholarship,” we seek to empower future leaders to build a better world through innovation, compassion, and action. We invite applicants to write an original essay of 350-500 words describing ONE of the following:
1. Your Tomorrow, Our Tomorrow
What does “improving tomorrow” mean to you personally? How will your education and goals help make tomorrow better for others?
2. Innovation in Action
Think of a solution you’ve implemented or would like to implement to solve a real-world problem. Describe the idea, how it works, and how it could scale to make a broader impact.
3. Leading for Change
Describe a leadership experience that taught you the power of influence, collaboration, or resilience. How did you grow, and how will you continue to lead with purpose?
