How much does Santa Ana property management cost?

Every Santa Ana property manager has their own unique fee structure, which can vary significantly from other Santa Ana property management companies. At Good Life Property Management, we offer house, condo, and/or 2-4 units property management for an 8% monthly management fee. Alternatively, we provide multi-family (5-15 units) property management for a 6% monthly management fee. In addition to monthly management fees, we charge a leasing fee (which is 25% of one month’s rent), a $150 annual inspection fee, and a $195 lease renewal fee.

For Non-California residents, the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) requires property managers to withhold a percentage of income from property owners who live out of state as a pre-tax. payment. Home Prices

in Santa Ana

Santa Ana’s prime location, booming job market, and the various colleges in the area make it a desirable area for families, young professionals, and students alike. The wonderful weather and proximity to the coast have created an always-in-demand rental market. There are many different neighborhoods in Santa Ana that cater to a variety of needs—from beautiful vintage homes with tree-lined streets in Floral Park to family-friendly neighborhoods with top schools in Morrison Park to Victorian-era buildings in French Park.

Pros of Investing in Santa Ana

While Santa Ana may not be considered cheap to the majority of Americans, those in Southern California might disagree. The home and rental prices in Santa Ana are often lower than nearby cities like Irvine, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa. Santa Ana is also known for its cultural diversity, which is an advantage when it comes to attracting a wide range of tenants, including students, young professionals, and families.

Cons of Investing in Santa Ana

Because Santa Ana is such a desirable location, many other investors may have their eye on Santa Ana properties. The competition for properties can be fierce which may drive up prices. Santa Ana also has rent control laws in place for multi-unit properties. This could potentially limit your ability to raise rent as much as you’d like.
